At ICIEOS (Pvt) Ltd, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all our engagements. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by ICIEOS (Pvt) Ltd.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
ICIEOS (Pvt) Ltd primarily provides:
- Software development and engineering services
- MVP development and SaaS platform development
- AI solutions, workflow automation, and integrations
- UI/UX design, system architecture, and consulting services
- Maintenance, support, and enhancement services
All services are custom-built, time-based, and effort-driven, and therefore differ from standard off-the-shelf products.
2. Payments & Advance Fees
- Most projects require advance or milestone-based payments before work begins.
- Payments are considered confirmation to allocate resources, reserve engineering capacity, and initiate project execution.
- Once work has commenced, payments become partially or fully non-refundable, depending on progress.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a. Project Not Started
If ICIEOS (Pvt) Ltd has not started any work on the project, and the client submits a written cancellation request, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or transaction fees.
b. ICIEOS-Initiated Cancellation
If ICIEOS (Pvt) Ltd is unable to proceed with the project due to internal constraints (excluding force majeure), a proportional refund may be issued for the unused portion of the payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already commenced (including planning, design, development, research, or meetings)
- Delays caused by lack of client feedback, approvals, or required materials
- Change of business direction, priorities, or budget constraints by the client
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not aligned with agreed scope
- Completed milestones, partially completed milestones, or delivered assets
- Services involving consultation, audits, strategy sessions, or workshops
- Digital assets, source code, designs, documentation, or deliverables already shared
5. Milestone-Based Projects
For milestone-driven projects:
- Each milestone payment corresponds to defined deliverables and effort
- Once a milestone is started or delivered, that milestone payment is non-refundable
- Any unused future milestones may be cancelled with no further charges
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Clients are encouraged to contact ICIEOS directly before initiating any chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Revocation of access to deliverables
- Legal or contractual enforcement where applicable
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
